This article aims to carry out a bibliographic review about educational activities in science museums, seeking subsidies to justify the relevance of this type of activity in promoting teaching and learning in non-formal education spaces. From three academic databases, 16 works were obtained that refer to educational actions linked to educational sectors / programs within non-formal education spaces, specifically science museums. Among them were obtained seven articles, four monographs, three master's dissertations, a book chapter and a doctoral thesis. From the reading and analysis of the works, four categories emerged, namely Results of educational activities carried out in science museums, Development of educational activities in science museums, Museal Education and Learning processes. Based on the studies found, it was possible to verify the relevance of educational actions in museum spaces for the construction of visitors' knowledge regarding scientific education.How to Cite
