In contemporary times, Computing causes the need to train education professionals capable of mediating knowledge and dealing with this problem with children and adolescents, thus, the objective of this study was to understand the use of Didactic Sequence, as an educational practice in degrees, for mediation of fundamentals on the development of Computer Literacy in students in the early years of elementary school. This aim intends to answer the following research problem to be investigated: How to structure didactic sequences to enable Computer Science graduates from a particular university in the Amazon region to appropriate the necessary foundations in the development of Computer Literacy in students regularly enrolled in the first years of education fundamental. The data showed that collaborators of the experience understood that the proposed Didactic Sequence offered conditions for the development of Computer Literacy of students in the early years of elementary school, this understanding is clear in the analysis of the limits and possibilities of the didactic sequence.
