This article has as general objective to verify, according to the mapped scientific productions, how Education in Higher Education in Brazil has been perceived in contexts increasingly marked by neoliberal logics. For the comparison of expanded abstracts selected for this analysis, we defined the categories: Neoliberalism; Neoliberal Education and Neoliberal Politics. Thus, the corpus of analysis of this State of Knowledge is composed of six expanded summaries. The final considerations indicate that the influences of neoliberalism at the level of Higher Education materialize in different ways: through the access vacancies financed by public educational policies, by the training that the subject who attends this level of education receives, by the voices of influence of multilateral organizations in the context of the production of policy texts and also by the precariousness of public education institutions to the detriment of private ones.
