This study aims to analyze the psychosocial aspects that influence the trajectory of students in Professional and Technological Education, identifying the challenges they face and the support actions implemented by educational institutions. The research is characterized as bibliographic and documentary, based on specialized literature, legislation, institutional reports, and official documents, seeking to understand the complexity of professional training in the Brazilian context. The results highlight the importance of integrated psychological, pedagogical, and social support strategies, promoting student retention, engagement, and academic success. This study contributes to the reflection on educational policies and institutional practices, reinforcing the need for approaches that consider both the cognitive development and the emotional and social aspects of students.
