Abstract

The objective of the research is to propose a critique of the universalist and objectivist logic linked to research in Law, based on feminist epistemological studies. It starts from the following research problem: what is the importance of having an epistemological opening in the field of the production of scientific knowledge of Law, so that it encompasses localized, gender, and feminist issues? Methodologically, two-step research will be carried out. In the first, bibliographical quantitative and qualitative research on Brazilian feminist epistemology will be carried out. In the second stage, the importance of feminist epistemology for the field of law will be argued. The research contributes to the field of Law by presenting a discussion that is still incipient in Brazil, mainly concerning legal knowledge.

Doutora em Direito (UFSC/2015), com estágio de pós-doutoramento (UFSC/2017). Mestre em Direito (UFSC/2011). Mestre em Ciências Humanas na Universidade Federal Fronteira Sul (UFFS/2020). Professora Permanente do Programa de Pós-Graduação Stricto Sensu em Direito da ATITUS Educação (Mestrado em Direito). Professora Colaboradora do Mestrado em Psicologia da ATITUS Educação (PPGP). Professora da Escola de Direito (ATITUS Educação). Pesquisadora da Fundação IMED. Pesquisadora Coordenadora do Projeto de Pesquisa e Extensão CineLaw - Cinema, Direitos Humanos e Sociedade: vias para o Empoderamento (CNPq), apoiado pelo Instituto Interamericano de Derechos Humanos (IIDH) e pelo Programa Youth for Human Rights (YHRB). Coordenadora do Projeto de Pesquisa Biopolítica, Gênero e Direito (CNPq). Membro da Diretoria da Associação Brasileira de Ensino do Direito (ABEDi), cargo de Conselheira Fiscal, gestão 2021-atual. Membro da Comissão para a Mulher - OAB/Passo Fundo. Membro da Comissão da Diversidade Sexual e Gênero da OAB Passo Fundo - RS. Possui graduação em Direito pela Faculdade Meridional (2019). Obteve aprovação no XXIX Exame de Ordem Unificado (2019). Atualmente é mestranda no Programa de Pós-graduação Stricto Sensu da Faculdade Meridional ? IMED, em sua área de concentração Direito, Democracia e Sustentabilidade, Linha de Pesquisa em Efetividade do Direito, da Democracia e da Sustentabilidade, com previsão de conclusão em 2021.2. Membra do Grupo de pesquisa Biopolítica, Gênero e Direito (CNPq/IMED). Advogada civilista e familiarista em Passo Fundo/RS.
