Abstract

Abstract: The cultural industry and traditional medicine in Mexico are two aspects of the country's identity and history that deserve to be explored and analyzed together. Both play a fundamental role in preserving the culture and health of the Mexican population, and together they form a unique fabric rich in traditions and knowledge.

In this article we will analyze the theory of the cultural industry and the society of the masses described by Max Horkheimer and Theodor Adorno and its relationship with the health sector in Mexico.

Keywords: cultural industry, traditional medicine, interculturality, health services.
