The article discusses the challenges of content of the principle of prevalence of human rights in theory. Throws up the following question: The principle of prevalence of human rights bumps on minority rights? The right to be different is inspired by human rights and multiculturalism in this focus is a stage of gradual development of the logic of human rights. Moreover, these rights are limits to the demands of multiculturalism, influencing the structuring of demands, guiding them and filtering them in line with the values extracted human rights.
