Law and Literature are directly related, since both of them focus on reality: literature allows a reflection on the social phenomenon in the point of view of its likelihood, while Law regulates actions in society. Therefore, the present work aims to run an analysis on the importance of the relation between Law and Literature, considering that this method of interaction allows a reflection on issues of juridical interest under different perspectives, making way to the transdisciplinarity in the approaches of the social and juridical practices.
