Abstract

The preservation and trade in vintage vehicles is a worldwide trend, and the historical and sentimental significance, as well as the significant monetary value, highlight the desire and need for ownership. The objective of this study is to analyze the difficulties imposed by the administrative bureaucracy of Brazilian transit agencies for the transmission and regularization of property in light of the importance of standards for maintaining the historical heritage of old automobiles. The methodology used will be the study of articles from the Brazilian Civil Code, resolutions from CONTRAN (National Traffic Council), as well as content on the old vehicle market, practical cases and the importance of the segment.
