This study focuses on identifying the contributions of using Business Intelligence (BI) panels in meeting the National Goals set by the National Council of Justice (CNJ) in the Judiciary of the State of Goiás, Brazil. The research centers on the relationship between the use of BI panels and the achievement of the National Goals, as well as examining how the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás (TJGO) utilizes BI tools. Additionally, it aims to understand the perceptions of judges and staff regarding the benefits provided by BI management panels. The adopted methodology for the research is descriptive and quantitative. The data collection method involves the application of questionnaires to judges and staff from the administrative and judicial areas of the first degree of jurisdiction. The results show that the quality, clarity, and availability of information provided by BI are significant for organizational performance, and these characteristics are directly related to the system's ability to support informed and strategic decisions, which have contributed to progress in achieving the National Goals of the Judiciary at the Court of Justice of the State of Goiás.
