The present study proposes, as a research theme, the determination that the climate is an essential fundamental right to an ecologically balanced environment. Determining the urgency of (re)affirming the Paris Agreement's global pact to combat climate change. The research shows that there is a trend elucidated in the comparative analysis of international policies to combat crises and climate change and in the analysis of recent cases on climate disputes that the State should make an adequate contribution, greater than its current contribution, in order to combat climate change and the dangers arising from it that compromise the future of humanity due to the urgent need to combat climate change.
