Abstract

Gender identity comes from a socio-historical context that differs from biological sex. Therefore, the objective of this work is to verify the effectiveness of personality rights, through the full reception of children and adolescents during the transsexualizing process, through a narrative review of literature. From this research, it was possible to verify the realization of personal rights, such as their deficits and advances in the face of transgender children. Finally, this article highlights the importance of disseminating such content, in order to guarantee the personality rights that are inherent to human beings.
