PERFORMANCE OF THE PEDAGOGUE IN YOUTH AND ADULT EDUCATION TO ACHIEVE THE GOALS OF THE NATIONAL EDUCATION PLAN 2014-2024
Abstract
This article reflects on the pedagogue's role in Youth and Adult Education, guided by the goals of the National Education Plan (2014-2024). Based on digital research: documental and bibliographical, the present study aims to reflect and outline parameters about what is understood as Youth and Adult Education, as well as to understand the behavior of the pedagogue in the face of such a heterogeneous profile of students. Therefore, theorists such as Bes e Silva (2018), Bezerra (2016), Castro (2007), Di Pierro (2001), Freire (1987), Machado (2016), Ribeiro (2001), Vieira (2021), the Constitution Brazilian Federal Government and the National Education Plan, provided the theoretical support for the basis of the reflection on the proposed theme. To produce impacts on reducing illiteracy and functional illiteracy, it was seen that rethinking the pedagogue's role must be aligned with actions between teachers, education departments and governments in the three spheres.Downloads
