Abstract

The present paper, the result of the development of scientific research on the right to digital personality and its implications, deals with the use of technologies applied to the study of law, specifically in the public health nucleus (initial), sector of the Public Defender of the State of Alagoas. Regarding the judicialization of health and the performance of the agency under analysis, it was possible to conclude that the reflections regarding new technologies and accessibility signaled in a positive way, however, needing mechanisms for greater effectiveness. Starting from a bibliographic review and exemplifying numbers in results, it is intended to contribute to the promotion of the constitutional right to health.
