Abstract

This document presents a study on the commercial development contracts, their origin and origin in Brazil, their regulation in the Brazilian legal scope and consequently the right of return in the face of the faturizado in the cases of default of the debtor of the credit of assigned credit, in the matter of contract of factoring and faturization for a better understanding of the possiblity will be approached the two existing currents in Brazil and the hypotheses of application of the institute in face of the faturizado since the Brazilian regulation does not have a specific law that regulates the factoring contracts.
