OS IMPACTOS DO TRABALHO HOME OFFICE PARA GESTÃO DE PESSOAS NO NÚCLEO DE RECURSOS HUMANOS DA UNIVERSIDADE TIRADENTES
Abstract
During the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, several institutions around the world had to adapt their services to current government regulations. As a result, home office use has exploded. This research report aimed to analyze the main challenges that impacted the Human Resources (NRH) sector at Tiradentes University in the home office work modality and how its employees had to adapt to develop their functions. This research was based on bibliographical research, bringing the main subjects about the theme, which are, home office, people management, human development and motivation and leadership. The research had a qualitative, exploratory approach, the chosen method was the deductive and the procedure used was the case study. Data analysis points to a positive perception regarding the implementation of home office in educational institutions in the HR sector. The conclusion of the survey points out that the situation created by the COVID-19 pandemic served as a springboard to promote the use of home offices and should be used to improve the balance between work and personal life of employees and promote other benefits.
