Abstract

ABSTRACT

 

This article aimed to verify the application of the BCG matrix of Natville products to market share before its competitors. In this sense, we sought to survey product supply data for analysis of market growth, comparison of the replenishment index of products and their competitors for analysis of market share; and; classify the products under analysis in the BCG matrix. The present study is descriptive in nature, where the sales data for the products were observed and collected within the months of September and October 2020. Where it was possible to classify the products within the BCG matrix and compare their sales with their competitors. Therefore, using this tool to analyze the growth and market share of products in the market is feasible.
