Abstract

This study aimed to mention about the institutionalization of anonymous childbirth in Brazil, demonstrating the need through the draft law No. 2747/08, filed by Deputy Eduardo Valverde - 11/02/2008, No. 2834/08, filed by Rep. Carlos Bezerra 19 / 08/2008 and No. 3320/08, filed by Mr. Sergio Barbosa Carneiro - 09/04/2008. That kind of institute aims to curb infant abandonment of newborns, anonymously, in view of the numerous cases of abandonment of children at risk. No doubt that the world has evolved in many ways and in different branches of law, among which we highlight the Family Law, innovating the family institution. Thus, it is noteworthy that the contemporary family adapts to each transformation, however it is noted more often how big is the neglect of many women with motherhood. In this vein, spoke out about the anonymous part, what the benefits of demonstrating its applicability as the best way to mitigate the lack of family structure for children who are exposed to unfavorable conditions of existence, giving them better opportunities.
