This paper aims to present a clear, objective and precise, concepts, importance, species, legality, and no chance of no place no place, that is, aspects required for the study of this matter, which is: The effects of equity gay relationship. In addition to also have a direct impact on society, with regard to ethical, social, religious, moral, values-oriented family. Given the complexity of the issue is not intended to find solutions of the problem, but merely to lift the discussion in society about the awareness of the legality of gay marriage.
