IMPLICAÇÕES ACERCA DA INCLUSÃO DE CRIANÇAS E ADOLESCENTES COM TEA: ANÁLISE A (IN) EFICÁCIA DO DIREITO À EDUCAÇÃO
Abstract
This paper sought to gather considerations about the right to education, using the defense of the exercise of fundamental rights, in relation to the inclusion in the educational scope of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and the problem of its ineffectiveness, in the face of effectiveness provided for by specific legislation to protect individual rights. Starting from the methodology of a bibliographic review research, it is concluded that the deficiency of inclusive education is still a sensitive issue; it is an offense to the principle of human dignity, specifically, of children as developing individuals. As a main result, it is observed that awareness, especially in scientific production, can be used as a means of a better reach to elucidate that this protection of rights is treated as an absolute priority, requiring, equally, the implementation of public policy. The main objective of the writing, the result of discussions arising from the Academic League of Child and Adolescent Law - LADCA - Unit/AL, is based on the promotion of children's rights, making use of the appreciation that they have of absolute priority.
