Abstract

Abstract: Social networks spread in different ways making it common to be part of this digital collective, sharing information that feeds a complex structure, generating personalized entertainment. All of these connections fuel this programming by letting her know the best ways to get our attention. The popularization of this universe has been affecting mainly children and adolescents, who are gradually exposed, whether due to the profile of their parents or someone created specifically for them, making their condition of vulnerable a dangerous factor with consequences beyond the virtual. This exhibition of the child's intimate life or the virtual abandonment of the parents, without due control of the use of these platforms, allows the violation of the rights of the personality of the impoverished, such as the right to intimacy, image and / or privacy, also enabling contact with inappropriate content that can be harmful to the formation of the vulnerable. Thus, this research aims to understand the legal and psychological impacts caused as a result of the immoderate exposure of minors to social networks and what mechanisms could be used by the civil liability institute in relation to the parents' conduct.
