DIÁLOGO BIOCLIMÁTICO EM PROJETO ARQUITETÔNICO DE RESIDÊNCIA UNIFAMILIAR EM MACEIÓ-AL
Abstract
This paper aims to present in detail the natural ventilation and insolation in a residential architectural project, produced in the integration of the disciplines Architecture Design, Urban Planning and Landscaping II and Environmental Comfort I, of the Architecture and Urban Planning course of the Tiradentes University Center (UNIT/AL), in the second semester of 2020. The work is based on the qualitative analysis of the natural ventilation and insolation of a fictitious project located in the residential condominium Reserva da Garça, in the Riacho Doce neighborhood, Maceió-AL. Thus, the study of natural ventilation was done following the definitions of the thermal performance standard, seeking the location, sizing and definition of the implementation, rooms and frames to provide adequate internal thermal behavior to the inserted region. For the insolation analysis, a solar chart study was used for all the facades, indicating ways to protect the solar radiation according to each one's needs. The result obtained with the use of such strategies shows that with the right tools it is possible to design for a better use of natural ventilation and insolation, seeking better thermal performance by integrating thermal comfort in the architectural design, culminating in the thermal comfort of the users.
