Abstract

ABSTRACT

 

This research aimed to carry out a narrative review of literature studies on the importance of interpersonal relationships in the job market, disseminated in recent years. The inclusion criteria used were: scientific articles fully available in the databases, involving theories and/or case studies arising from institutions related to the topic, involving organizational and work psychology and made available online. The descriptors used were: “Interpersonal relationships, labor market and psychology”, with no time limit and involving articles from different theorists. It is concluded that interpersonal relationships are seen in a different and important way from the moment people establish a communication channel with the entire company, determining a higher level of interaction and productivity.
